Beef Soup or Stew
Cook stew meat or soup bone. Boil cubed potatoes, celery, & other vegetables, until tender.
Add:
Cut up beef
1T Vinegar
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp basil
Beef bouillon to taste
1 tsp garlic
Salt and pepper
Noodles (optional)
