- 3 carrots
- 3 Potatoes
- 3 bunches Broccoli
- 2 sticks Celery
- 1 med. Onion
- 3 Cubes margarine
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1 16 oz. Bottle Cheese whiz
- 15 chicken bouillon cubes
Peel & cube vegetables. Boil about 25 mins. Drain liquid & save. Add enough more water to make 3 quarts. Add the bouillon cubes to the water. In a separate large pan, melt 3 cubes margarine, add flour, stir blend. Add 1 bottle cheese whiz & the water. Stir until well blended. Add vegetables to this after it thickens a little.
