
1 C white sugar
1 C brown sugar
1 C corn syrup
3/4 C butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
{1/2 C popcorn popped, I use quite a bit more}
Melt butter in microwave. Add the rest of the ingredients and microwave continuously for 11 1/2 minutes. Stir and add to popcorn.
All I need to know now is if this is soft or hard carmel corn???

ReplyDeleteI make these way too often and everybody loves it! I have been cooking it in my microwave for only 11 1/2 minutes. The longer it is cooked the harder it will be to pull apart and eat. Every microwave is different as well.
