This recipe is very yummy and not as fattening as regular Alfredo sauce. We love it!
1 T butter
2 tsp cornstarch
3/4 C low-fat chicken broth
3/4 C grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 C Greek yogurt
Salt, pepper, basil to taste
Melt butter in a large nonstick saute pan over medium heat. Whisk chicken broth and corn starch in a small bowl until smooth. Pour into saute pan, raise the heat, and bring sauce to a simmer, whisking occasionally. Whisk in the cheese until melted. After removing the pan from heat, whisk in yogurt until smooth. Toss with whatever pasta you want and season with salt, pepper, and basil.
