Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breasts

I thought I posted this a long time ago, but apparently I didn't.  This is one of my favorite ways to make chicken, because it is yummy, fast, and pretty healthy.
4 thin chicken breast halves
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (you can use mayo too, but I think the yogurt is better)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 425.  Mix yogurt and cheese in a small bowl.  Put chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the mixture on top of the chicken.  Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of each.  Place in oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear.
