2 pounds boneless pork
1 or 2 cans coke
1/4 cup brown sugar
Sprinkle garlic salt
1/4 c water
Cook in crock pot on low around 5 - 6 hours
Remove pork. Drain. Shred. Then mix with:
1 can diced green chiles
3/4 can red enchilada sauce
1 cup brown sugar
Cook for another 1 - 2 hours
