3-1/2 Cups peeled/diced potatoes
1/3 Cup chopped celery
1/3 Cup finely chopped onion
1 Cup diced, cooked ham
3-1/4 Cups water
2 T. chicken bouillon granules
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
5 T. butter
5 T. flour
2 Cups milk
Boil potatoes, celery, and onion in the water until tender. Add bouillon, salt, pepper, and ham.
In a separate pan, Make a sauce by melting the butter, stirring in the flour, then adding milk. Add the sauce to the ham/potato mixture. You may need to add more water if it boiled down a lot.
