2T butter
1/2 cup orzo
1/2 cup rice
1 cube bouillon
2 cups water
In large saucepan over medium heat melt butter then add orzo. Brown until golden. (I also add 1 tsp of minced garlic from a jar here). Add rice, bouillon, and water. Turn to low, cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. I also add some parsley flakes at the end. To make as a main course add grilled chicken.
