Cabbage Salsa



1 head of green cabbage
3 peppers (red, yellow, green)
1 red onion
1 bunch cilantro
About ¼ cup jalapeños from a jar (more or less, to taste)
About ¼ cup liquid from the jar
Some olive oil
Some Garlic salt, to taste
Juice from 2 limes

Chop everything and mix together.  Serve with your favorite chips!
