Beat:
1 Cup butter
1 1/3 Cup Sugar
Add:
2 Eggs
Sift and Add:
3 Cups Flour
1 1/2 tsp Cream of Tarter
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of salt
1 large size box of vanilla instant pudding mix
Mix until blended. Shape into balls, maybe a tablespoon size or so, then roll them in cinnamon sugar Bake at 375 for 7-9 minutes. You just want them slightly golden on the bottom...or less. They freeze really well also (if there are any left).
