1 pound penne pasta
3 T butter
2 tsp minced garlic
3 T flour
1 C chicken broth
1 C milk or half-n-half
2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 C grated parmesan
salt and pepper to taste
1) Saute garlic in butter for one minute
2) Add flour and cook another minute stirring constantly
3) Add milk and broth stirring constantly. Cook until sauce boils and thickens.
4) Add parsley and parmesan, salt and pepper. Keep stirring until cheese melts
5) Pour over pasta and enjoy!!!
