1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c oats
2 eggs
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire
Combine all ingredients. Roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Drain off fat.
Sauce
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp mustard
1/2 c barbecue sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire
Combine all ingredients for sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over meatballs. Serve over rice.
