Ingredients
(Serves 4)
1 can of chicken (can use 2 fresh cooked chicken breasts also)
1/2 cup fresh diced cucumber
1 cup diced dill pickles
1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup may and 1/4 cup yogurt
2 T dill pickle juice
2 T fresh chopped dill (I have never used this though since I don't have it)
Combine and chill in fridge. Tastes great wrapped in lettuce as well as in a croissant.
