Apple Crisp

  • 4 sliced apples
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ orange juice
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ cup butter

Place apples in a buttered pie plate. Sprinkle with orange juice. Mix sugar, flour, spices, & salt, then cut in butter. Pour mixture over apples. Bake at 375, until top is brown & apples are tender.
