Bisquick Danishes

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • ¼ cup apricot preserve (or other jam)

Stir bisquick, butter & sugar until crumbly, stir in milk. Drop onto cookie sheet, put apricot on. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 min. Then add topping.

Topping: mix together water & powdered sugar until you have a thin glaze.
