- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough crust
- 1 C part skim ricotta cheese
- 1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ C sliced pepperoni, cut into small pieces
- 1 T of cornstarch
- 1 C marinara sauce
Grease cookie sheet, unroll dough on cookie sheet press into 14" x 18". Stir cheese, pepperoni, and cornstarch in a large bowl. Spread mix on the long side of the dough to cover half, leaving a 1 inch border. Spoon half of marinara sauce over mix. Fold dough over and pinch the edges closed. Cut 4 slits in the top of the calzone to allow steam to escape. Bake on bottom rack 16-20 minutes until golden.
