- 1 pkg. Graham crackers
- 1 Cube margarine
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 pkg cream cheese
- ½ C sugar
- ½ C cream
- ¼ C lemon juice
- 1 Can blueberry pie filling (or blackberry and cherry is delicious too!)
- 1 tsp almond extract.
Crush graham crackers & mix with margarine & brown sugar. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, cream & lemon juice until blended. Spread on crust. Add almond extract to Blueberry filling & put on top. Refrigerate & enjoy.
