- 20 graham crackers
- 1 Cube margarine
- 1 T. powdered Sugar
- 1 small Pkg lemon Jello
- 1 Cup boiling water
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 8 oz. Pkg Cream cheese
- 4 tsp. Lemon juice
FIRST, put milk in the freezer while you are making other stuff. SECOND, add the boiling water to the jello-stir until dissolved then let cool at room temp. Make crust out of grahams, melted margarine & pwd sugar. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, & lemon juice until blended. Add the jello. Whip the milk until foamy & add it to the cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust. Garnish with Graham cracker crumbs if you wish. Chill for 6 hours.
