Cinnamon Cake

• 3/4 C. oil
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2-1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup sour milk
• 2 eggs

Mix oil, brown sugar, nutmeg and salt. Set aside 3/4 cup for topping*. Take the rest and add the flour, soda, sugar, and sour milk. to it. Mix until smooth then add the eggs. Beat for 2 more minutes. Pour into greased cake pan. Top with topping made from:

• 3/4 cup of set aside*
• 1/2 C nuts
• 2 tsp cinnamon

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
