Ginger Snaps

CREAM:

  • 1-1/2 Cup Shortening
  • 2 Cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup molasses

SIFT:

  • 7 Cups Flour
  • 2 T. Ginger
  • 4 tsp. Soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Mix; roll into balls, roll in sugar. Cook at 350 on ungreased sheet 12 to 15 minutes.
