Ginger Snaps
CREAM
:
1-1/2 Cup Shortening
2 Cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 Cup molasses
SIFT
:
7 Cups Flour
2 T. Ginger
4 tsp. Soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
Mix; roll into balls, roll in sugar. Cook at 350 on ungreased sheet 12 to 15 minutes.
