- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 T sugar
- 1 T instant yeast
Combine above ingredients. Then add 1 ½ cup pretty warm water, not hot. Slowly add about 1 ½ cup flour. Knead, & let rise for 10 min. Then put some butter in a pan & melt in the oven at 400. When dough is ready, roll out on floured surface. Take butter out of oven so it doesn’t burn. On ½ of dough put some oil. Then some garlic salt, parsley flakes, basil, oregano & cheese. Fold the other ½ over. Cut into strips, twist, & place in pan. Put a little cheese on top. Bake at 400 for 15-20 min.
