Noodles

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 T. milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Flour

Combine egg, milk, and salt. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough (around 1 Cup) Roll thin on floured surface. Let stand for 20 minutes. Roll up loosely and slice about 1/4” unroll, spread out and let dry 2 hours.
