Slow Roasted Potatoes

  • 16 small new potatoes
  • 3 T Butter, cut into 1/8 inch pieces
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW 7 hour or on HIGH 4 hours. Remove potatoes with slotted spoon to serving dish; cover to keep warm. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water to drippings and stir until well blended. Pour mixture over potatoes. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
