Pasta Carbonara

  • 12 oz cooked spaghetti
  • 1 lb. Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cube butter or margarine melted
  • 1 cup milk or half and half
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup or more Parmesan
Put oven safe bowl in 250 degree oven. Put spaghetti in bowl. Toss spaghetti with butter. Heat the milk until just warm, add egg and stir with fork. Pour over spaghetti. Add bacon and parmesan cheese and a little salt if needed.
