Pumpkin Pie Cake

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix {reserve 1 cup for topping}
  • 1 cube margarine
  • 1 egg

Mix these together & press into greased 9x13 pan. 1 regular can pumpkin & mix as directed on the can for pie. Pour over unbaked crust. Top with topping:

  • 1 cup cake mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 3 T margarine

Sprinkle over cake mixture & bake at 350 for 60 to 70 min.
