Stir Fry

  • Oil
  • Broccoli
  • Celery
  • Mushrooms
  • Red Pepper
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Snap peas
  • Zucchini
  • Chicken/Sliced Polska Keilbaska

Stir fry in hot oil, adding crispiest veggies first. Add sausage. Add about 3/4 cup water and 2 tsp chicken bouillon granules. Simmer until slightly tender. Serve over white rice.
