Won Tons

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • 1 bun chopped green onions
  • 1 pkg. Won ton wrappers

Mix sausage, soy, egg, salt, & onion and place a teaspoon full on a won ton wrapper and fold and seal by wetting the edges. Fry in hot oil, turning over. Cool slightly and dip in this sauce:

Sauce

  • 3 T. sugar
  • 3 T vinegar
  • 3 T catsup
  • 4 T water
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp salt

Put sugar, vinegar and catsup in sauce pan. Mix water and cornstarch together and stir into catsup mixture. Cook on medium heat until it thickens. Add salt.
