Peach Crisp

6 peaches
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 cup flour
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
(I also added about 1/4 cup oats)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Peel then slice peaches and place on bottom of 8 x 8 pan. Drizzle the almond flavoring on top. Combine flour, sugars, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter until it resembles crumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the peaches. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. YUMMY!!!
