1 Cup rice
1 tsp butter
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp lime juice
1 can chicken broth
1 cup water
1 T. lime juice
2 tsp sugar
3 T. chopped cilantro
Put rice, butter, garlic, 1 tsp lime, broth and water in a pan. Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat, put on a lid and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes. (until rice is tender). In a bowl, mix 1 T. lime, sugar and cilantro pour over rice and fluff.
