Tomatillo Salsa Verde

1 pound tomatillos, husked
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 serrano chile pepper (or jalepeno works)
2 T. chopped cilantro
1 T. chopped fresh oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
juice from one lime

Chop/blend tomatillos, onion, garlic, pepper, and cilantro in food processor.  Pour into pan add other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
