Whole Wheat Cornbread

1/2 cup Smart Balance
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 eggs
   -cream together, then add:
1 1/2 cup soy milk; stir well

In separate bowl mix together dry ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
   -beat dry ingredients into wet
Grease 8x8 or 8x11.5 baking dish with olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal and raw sugar. Pour mixture into pan and bake @ 375 for 35 minutes.
