Ashley's Waffles

1 3/4 C milk + 2 TBSP vinegar
2 C flour
1 TBSP Baking Powder
2 TBSPS Sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs, separated
1/2 C butter, melted

Combine and whisk together dry ingredients. Add egg yolks to dry ingredients. Beat egg whites until light peaks form. Add milk and melted butter to dry ingredients and mix. Fold in egg whites. Ladle 1/3 cup into each waffle iron.
