2-3 T. olive oil
1 Sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into cubes
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 C sliced fresh mushrooms
1 C water
2 T. Soy sauce
1-2 T. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
fresh ground black pepper
1 brown gravy packet
1 C water
Egg noodles, boiled according to package directions.
In a large sauce pan heat oil and brown the onions, steak, mushrooms, and garlic. Add water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer. Mix gravy packet with 1 C water and add to the steak mixture. Cook and thicken. If it is not thick enough, mix up some flour and cold water and add to the rest.
Serve over the noodles.
