Chicken Broccoli Casserole

  • 4 chicken breast halves (cooked)
  • 1-2 pkg. Frozen broccoli (or 1 bunch fresh)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs

Tear chicken into bite size pieces. Cook broccoli. Arrange broccoli so that flowerets are out toward edge of pan. Lay chicken over broccoli. Make a sauce by combining soup, milk, mayo, and miracle whip. Heat and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add cheese and lemon juice and stir until partially melted. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli and cover with buttered crumbs. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes-take off the foil and bake for another 30 minutes to brown the crumbs.
