- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cup frozen mixed vegetables, defrosted
- 2 cups chopped ham
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 cups cooked day-old rice
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion stalks
In a wok, heat 1 Tbsp of oil and add eggs. Scramble eggs into small pieces and put aside in another dish. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in the wok. Add garlic, ginger, onion, mixed vegetables, and ham. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice. Stir fry to warm rice up and mix with other ingredients. Add green onions at the end and serve.
