Pizza

Dough:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 pkg yeast
  • Enough flour (2 cups)
  • Pinch salt

Mix and let rise 1 or 2 times

Topping:

  • 1 can tomato sauce (16 oz)
  • 1/4 tsp 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil

Simmer for 25 minutes. Roll and stretch crust onto pan. Top with sauce, mozzarella cheese and whatever you want. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 – 30 minutes.
