Gooey Caramel Corn

1/2 batch for one bowl of air popped corn (1/2 cup of kernels)

1 stick of butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt

Pop popcorn, remove unpopped kernels, set aside.
Bring butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt to boil for 2-2.5 minutes.
Add condensed milk. Bring to boil again and then remove from heat.
Add Vanilla.
Poor over popcorn.
